The Genshin Impact 4.2 is ready to be released November 8 bee 11:00 am (UTC-4). This follows server maintenance that starts five hours earlier at 12:00 AM 06:00 (UTC-4). This is when it will be released in all popular regions.

For example, if you live in India and are playing on the European server for whatever reason, all you need to do is convert the release date and time to IST, which in this case is 8:30 AM in India.
Remark: Please note that server maintenance begins five hours before the designated update time. That means the game will become unplayable for all regions at 6:00 UTC-4.
Since everything is going according to HoYoverse’s plan, you can play as soon as the maintenance ends and claim 600 Primogems by mail. However, if version maintenance is delayed, HoYoverse will compensate you with 60 Primogems for every hour the game is under maintenance.
