As for pricing, WindowsReport was unable to share exact details. They estimate that it could cost similar to current variants with 13th generation CPUs. But they also said these devices could come at a higher price than current-generation offerings. All things considered, the Galaxy Book 4 Ultra with Intel Core Ultra 9 processor will be super impressive considering the specs.
Differences between Intel Core Ultra and Intel Core in 14th generation
We can see above that the Galaxy Book 4 Ultra variant has the Intel Core Ultra 9 185H 14th generation processor. This flagship Intel 14th generation processor will essentially be the successor to previous Core i9 H-series processors, such as the i9-13900H. According to rumors, this processor will have a maximum of a 5.10 GHz increases the clock speed and have a 16-core configuration with 22 threads. Please note that these CPUs have not been officially released yet, so these specifications may change later.

Under the hood of the new 14th generation processors from Intel we have the Meteor Lake architecture, which has several improvements. This is a big moment for Intel, hence the new naming scheme with which high-end CPUs will be called distinctive Core Ultra. It’s not confirmed exactly what cuts will be made in the base Core variants compared to the more powerful Core Ultra CPUs. Intel likely won’t include Meteor Lake’s full feature set, such as the Arc GPU or NPU chip, in the lower-end variants. Moreover, the base variant of the Galaxy Book 4 even comes with DDR4 memory instead of DDR5.
We’ll have to wait until Intel’s AI Everywhere event next month to know more details and distinctions within the Intel 14th Gen lineup.
